Ultra High Temperature Flexible Aerogel Insulation Sheet

Thermhik UT is the flagship ultra-high temperature insulation barrier of the Aerohik family, engineered for extreme industrial environments up to +1200 °C. It features a nanoporous silica aerogel core reinforced with a high-performance ceramic fiber matrix, delivering unmatched thermal stability where traditional materials fail.

 

Available in three resistance grades (800 °C / 1000 °C / 1200 °C), Thermhik UT offers a semi-rigid structure resistant to thermal shock and direct flame. It is designed to replace bulky refractory linings, providing superior insulation in a fraction of the thickness.

Key Benefits

  • Cryogenic Super Insulation: Superior performance in cold conditions (lambda ≤ 0.014 W/mK at -129°C) ensures maximum protection with minimum thickness.

  • Zero Permeability: Integrated aluminum foil ensures a water vapor transmission rate of 0.00 Perms, completely stopping moisture ingress and icing.

  • Corrosion Protection: Low chloride content (<10 ppm) and hydrophobic core prevent stress corrosion cracking in stainless steel pipes.

  • Lightweight: Low density (150 kg/m³) reduces the dead load on tanks and piping systems compared to traditional insulation.

  • Easy Installation: Supplied in Flexible Sheet form, allowing for quick application without the mess of cutting rolls.
